My knees have really been aching when I run and for a few hours to a day after a long run. It's really quite discouraging. I am going to only do about one long run a week and take it easier on the rest of the days.
Any hints for troubled knees?
Mel and I are going to run together next week one or maybe two mornings. If anyone is up for it, come along. Porter Rockwell Trail, right Mel?

I was actually getting very nervous about my knee because it was giving me a really hard time. I was so frustrated because I never had an ounce of trouble dancing four hours a day for the last 20 years (slight exaggeration) then the first week I try running in acts up. What the heck?!? I got new shoes as well as some new "running socks" for my birthday and they have made a world of difference. I'm running almost 30 minutes total and it doesn't bother me at all! What a miracle! Definitely worth the $$$!!!
